A message is sent instantly to their online account, their email address and as a text message to a designated mobile phone.
Details of the message include:
 | • | The date and time the ID was accessed |
| • | The ID type being accessed |
| • | The name of your organization |
| • | The notification reason |
| • | The phone number to call you directly if they suspect an ID fraud is occurring |

If Non-member
The message is archived for later delivery.
EVEN IF THE ID OWNER IS NOT YET AN ID ALARM® MEMBER, THE MESSAGE WILL BE WAITING FOR THEM WHEN THEY DO JOIN.
This will eventually reveal any existing ID fraud to them.
