Concerned about how we'll keep your personal information and ID numbers safe internally? Don't worry. Because we understand better than most the number and different types of security risks that exist out there, we've taken extraordinary measures to ensure ID Alarm® is totally anonymous and 100% secure. Here's how: 1) Your ID Numbers: ID Alarm® has developed advanced security technology that ensures the ID numbers you register with us are never stored or transmitted (nor is any personally identifiable information). The instant an ID number is registered, it is immediately transformed into a unique digital signature that cannot be converted back into its original form. Your actual ID number is deleted immediately. We do not store it anywhere – giving you complete security. What exactly is a digital signature? For example, let's say your Drivers Licence Number was 123456789. When automatically converted to a digital signature, it would look something like this: @#$%^&*912^%$&*&%1#@F%@#$%^& What's more, the conversion process is "one-way". There is no "key" to convert the digital signature back to the actual ID number. Even internal ID Alarm® personnel cannot convert this digital signature back into the original number. 2) Personal Information: In addition to not storing actual ID numbers, we do not store your name, address or any other personal information about you, other than the email and phone contact numbers you have provided.
