Grant Edwards, President Grant has extensive business and investment experience that spans 45 years; founding, growing and managing a number of successful companies both public and private, holding positions as Chairman, CEO, President and General Manager. Grant invented, designed and manufactured a number of unique proprietary products within the electrical sign and outdoor advertising sectors. He researched and implemented a Marketing Strategy that allowed one of his companies to successfully manufacture, sell and ship these products throughout Canada, Europe and the USA. More recently, Grant developed an extremely successful Marketing strategy to place high-end private label ATMs in Hospitals, Colleges & Universities plus many high profile retail sites across Canada. Igor Divjak, Vice-President Technology Development, Co-Founder Igor has a background in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. He has spent several years working as a consultant in the financial and securities industries, with such key players as IBM and NASDAQ. Igor brings years of successful system design and implementation to the team. Fred Barrett, Vice-President Operations Fred's business background spans over 25 years. From a background of public accounting and auditing, Fred went on to co-found and develop an entrepreneurial service business that became Canada's leading periodical remailer. He later held the position of Director of Marketing, and subsequently President, of Wood-Mizer Canada. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science (honours) from Brock University. David Bird PMP, Director, Web Development David is a Fine Arts (honours) graduate of York University and is a PMI recognized Project Management Professional. David has been involved in the planning, maintenance and design of a variety of web-based solutions for over 15 years including sites attracting approximately 1,000,000 unique hits per day. Robert A. Donaldson, Q.C., B. Comm., LL.B, In-House Counsel Mr. Donaldson obtained his B.Comm from McMaster University in 1961. He obtained his LL.B from the University of Toronto Law School in 1964. In 1966 he was called to the Bar of Ontario and was appointed Queen's Counsel in January of 1985. Mr. Donaldson has over 30 years experience practicing law as a senior partner with major Canadian law firms. Mr. Donaldson has considerable experience and expertise in the areas of acquisitions and mergers, the raising of capital by way of private placement or prospectus, the regulation of Canadian financial institutions, directors' and officers' liability and corporate governance. Mr. Donaldson has chaired or participated in many securities law conferences, written numerous articles on securities law topics and has taught corporate finance and securities regulation plus corporate governance as a special lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School and the University of Western Ontario Law School. John Willis Co-Founder John received his B.A. - Economics in 1983 and his M.A.- International Relations in 1987, both from York University, where he authored numerous articles and reports in the field of public policy. John is especially skilled at looking beyond the horizon in the business world, anticipating and applying new concepts and technologies to the quickly changing demands of consumers and business.
