4.2 We may review and analyze our customers' use of our products and services to help protect customers from unauthorized use of accounts, and to help us serve them better.

4.3 ID Alarm Inc. shall protect your personal information from disclosure to third parties using a reasonable degree of care, and does not otherwise use or disclose your personal information except as follows:
  • ID Alarm Inc. may disclose your personal information to ID Alarm Inc. affiliates for the purpose of administering or performing services.
  • ID Alarm Inc. may use and disclose your personal information to notify you about changes to the Site or ID Alarm Inc. business, or new ID Alarm Inc. services and special offers you may find valuable.
5.0 Data Protection
5.1 Any information required to establish an ID Alarm Inc. account but that is not necessary to provide the ID Alarm Inc. service is destroyed after use. This information includes:
  • customer name
  • gender
  • age
  • credit card/account information used to pay for the ID Alarm Inc. service
5.2 Some non-identifying information will be stored to allow ID Alarm Inc. to maintain the customer account. This includes the customer's account login.

5.3 Alarm Inc. uses a secure transmission method for you to send us the following types of personal information:
  • primary personal information (such as name and contact details)
  • identifiers (such as credit card details, website login, ID numbers)
5.4 Any ID information provided to ID Alarm Inc. will be stored as encrypted data. This includes:
  • any core ID information
  • any account information a customer allows to be added to their ID Alarm Inc. account
  • the customer's Site password
5.5 Access to information about customers is limited to those ID Alarm Inc. employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. Our employees will be required to accept and conform to internal non-disclosure guidelines. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to further protect your information. Our security and privacy policies and processes are periodically audited by external organizations.

6.0 Confidentiality / Security
6.1 ID Alarm Inc. has implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal information that we have under our control from:
  • unauthorized access
  • improper use or disclosure
  • unauthorized modification
  • unlawful destruction or accidental loss
